Apricot–Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
2/3 cup Santa Cruz® Organic Apricot Mango Flavored Juice Blend chilled
2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored almond milk, chilled
1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
1 small ripe banana
1/16 teaspoon finely grated gingerroot or to taste
Directions
Step 1
COMBINE juice, almond milk, mango, banana and gingerroot in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
Step 2
Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
