Lemon & Lime Granita

three ice cold granitas and 2 bottles of santa cruz juice

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 ½ cups boiling water

  • 1 oz Rose Simple Syrup

  • ¼ cup Santa Cruz Organic 100% Pure Lemon Juice

  • ¼ cup Santa Cruz Organic 100% Pure Lime Juice

Directions

Add sugar and boiling water to an 8x8 cake pan, use a spoon to mix until sugar has dissolved then add in the lemon and lime juices and stir until combined. 

Place uncovered pan in the freezer, making sure to keep it on a flat surface. Every 30-45 minutes take a fork and, starting from the edges, scrape the frozen parts into the middle breaking up the larger pieces. Repeat this step until all the liquid is fully frozen. The texture will be fluffy and granulated.

Serve immediately or scrape into an airtight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
