Mexican Mule

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white tequila, chilled

  • 2 oz tequila

  • 1 Tbsp Santa Cruz Organic 100% Pure Lime Juice

  • 4 oz ginger beer

  • To garnish: lime slice, pineapple wedge, fresh mint

Directions

Combine tequila, lime juice and ginger beer in a copper mug or cup. Fill with ice and garnish with a lime slice, pineapple wedge and fresh mint. Enjoy!
